Buses to Half Marathon & Relay Start at Swift Sportsdome
This is a point to point half marathon and relay with the start at Swift Sportsdome in south Reno. If you want a ride to the start, you have two options for a bus time pick up at the finish/Greater Nevada Field – 6:15 am or 7:15 am. The cost is a non-refundable $7. If you choose to drive yourself to the start, we will not have a bus service to return you to your car/start after the race. Be aware that there are a limited number of bus tickets. Once they are all claimed, you will need to find your own way to the start line.
Race Specials
All race participants get a discount at Reno Running Co. from packet pick-up through October 12. All you have to do is show your 2025 Rock Reno Half Marathon, Relay & 5K race bib.
Race Shirts
High quality technical shirts are available for purchase until September 5 – $20.
Awards
Half Marathon
The overall top 3 female, male and non-binary finishers will receive awards.
The top 3 female, male and non-binary finishers in each age group will receive an award. The age groups will be 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Half Marathon Relay
The overall top 3 relays in each relay type (male, female, and coed.)
5K Run/Walk
The overall top 3 female, male and non-binary finishers will receive awards.
The top 3 female, male and non-binary finishers in each age group will receive an award. The age groups will be 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Time Limits
Half marathon participants need to be finished in 3 hours 30 minutes. If you are not done by that time, you’ll need to move to the sidewalk to complete the event. Streets will no longer be closed.
