Blair was born and raised in Gilroy, CA, and has made Reno-Tahoe her home for seven years. She was introduced to art classes in high school and loved the expression of painting immediately. She often did projects for her friends, family, and coworkers before committing professionally to the craft. Rather than studying art in school, she pursued and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada in 2019, which she still uses, working on the side as an RN in addition to running her fine art business.
