Shadow Pine Woodworks is a small local Reno business specializing in custom designed wood artwork and adornment. They are committed to providing quality builds, happy customers, and reflecting the mountain culture of Reno/Tahoe in their pieces.
Age Group: For the half marathon, 10K and 5K – the top 3 female, male and non-binary finishers in each age group will receive a custom-made piece of art by local artist Blair Latos. The age groups will be 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Blair is a visual artist and entrepreneur based in the Tahoe basin, best known for vibrant, adventure-inspired paintings that celebrate wild places and the joy of outdoor play. Fueled by a deep connection to nature and a spirit of exploration, Blair’s registered Nevada business At the Summit Arts has brought encouragement, brightness, and storytelling into homes, galleries, and community spaces for 5 years. Her artistic practice is rooted in a deep appreciation for place – particularly the Sierra landscapes that inspire much of her work — and a desire to energize and uplift those who experience her art. You can contact Blair through her website, www.AttheSummitArts.com, to commission custom work, purchase originals and prints, and sign-up for her art classes.
