DESCRIPTION:Presented by Hometown Health\, the Reno Running Fest includes fitness open houses\, beer & gelato tasting\, pasta feed and other activities for runners\, their friends and family members. \nRace details:\n• Inaugural Reno Mile: Part of the #BringBacktheMile national campaign\, this race on Saturday race offers heats for elite runners\, different age groups\, dogs on leashes\, and a fun non-timed heat for walkers or joggers (costumes encouraged). All participants will receive a Reno Mile commemorative coin.\n• 6th Annual Reno 10 Miler & Relay: Taking place Sunday\, September 9\, runners can either do the 10 miles on their own or put together a two or three-person relay team. All finishers will receive a Reno 10-Miler & Relay finisher medal.\n• 50th Annual Journal Jog: Also on Sunday\, this 8k course is Reno’s oldest footrace and has become a tradition for many local runners and walkers. All finishers will receive a Journal Jog finisher medal.
